Octane Rock Radio started basically when three married guys decided they wanted a reason to ditch their wives and hang out and drink together for even two measly hours a week. So, Dave, Tony and Sean started broadcasting in the Winter of '06 and thus ORR was born. Boy, did they blow. But they sitll got together every Tuesday, drinking and carrying on like three 15 yr olds on spring break. Well, after about three weeks of this, and with Tony's wife listening in each week, Tony was no longer allowed to come 'play' radio which left Dave and Sean holding the bag.

Dave and Sean continued on in mediocrity for a few months until one show, they had a fight. It was so monumental that Condoleeza Rice had to come and intervene and sit both sides down to make amends. What came of that fight is that Sean was no longer on the show, but they still remained friends. Well that left Dave scrambling for a co-host and lo and be hold, in walks John to pick up the slack. And not just as a seat filler, this guy's got some talent! Kelly was also brought on board and thus you get what you hear today. With our newest member Anchorman Sean (not the same Sean as before) and various other people working in the backround, Octane Rock has evolved from it's primitive days of juvenile radio. Well, not really, it's still as moronic as ever, but hey, you give the people what they want, right?
